Any product bought from PARVEEN online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. Customers who desire to exchange the product will be given a coupon code worth the amount of the purchase that they may use only once. This policy is applicable to local orders only. Products purchased from the Online Store cannot be exchanged at our Offline Stores
- For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
- For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.
- If during delivery, customs' duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
- We follow the standard sizes and cuttings of embroidery, front and backside of shirt, dupatta or shawl and trouser. If your size is custom please contact us before placing an order.
- Change of mind is not acceptable. (Change of color etc)
For customize stitched orders: -
Customers need to pay in advance through bank account, Jazz cash and easy paisa account.
- "Our standard stitching includes basic laces and accessories. If you wish for an outfit more luxurious which gives feel like model extra materials and accessories will be added, an additional fee will apply- dependent on the cost of these specific accessories."
- There is no return and no exchange for all kind of stitched orders.
